The LTE Hub is a stand-alone communications platform with instant phone and video access to caregivers. The tablet is on its own internet channel and has a battery capable of lasting over 10 hours. When any of the devices connected to the tablet have an updated reading the medical staff can see the readings online from any location. If the patient is experiencing a depleted or heightened medical event below or above the medical team’s patient-assigned thresholds the medical team, local caregivers, and even the closest family can be alerted.
